SOS is for
people from sixteen upwards. If you are a student or new
in the workplace and need a church to help you survive
spiritually, then join us.
We don't
exist to entertain you - but to be the means Christ
uses in equipping you to live a life which
glorifies Him. Less doughnuts and more Bible!
Students
attending SOS at Belvidere enjoy the support of a
Student Survival Scheme which arranges 'adoption' by
church members, hospitality, help with transport etc. as
well as a choice of free Daily Devotional prompts in CD,
text or email format.
SOS Bible
Study
The
SOS Bible Study meets regularly engaging you
to apply the Bible to your life today. SOS tackles
relevant issues that will help you survive the many
pressures young people face. SOS also attend such
conferences as God's Glory Our Joy and
Calvary Bible Convention.
Open
House
The SOS
group is an integrated part of Belvidere and open
house helps increase fellowship. Each month, a
church member's home will be open for the SOS group to
come and enjoy lots of great food and fellowship.
SOS
Socials
There will be regular times of
fellowship where the SOS group will enjoy some of
the attractions around Liverpool.
SOS Weekend
Break
During the Spring term, the
SOS group go away for a weekend of Bible teaching,
spiritual renewal, good food and making
friends - along with much cavorting and
tomfoolery! |
